[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] According to the instruction, the dishwasher has a sanitary funtion. It actually doesnt have the button for that. The bottom rack easily came out of the track, and all the racks are not smooth to push and pull. Also, I had to replace a top dish rack because vinyale cover came off and became rusty (only 6 months). It seems like (not sure) but there is residual detergent remained in cups. When puring water in the cup after using the washer create bubbles. I have to rinse the cups to use manually before I use them. It feels drinking detergent.
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Rusting racks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher works great and is very quiet when running. All three racks are rusting into. Luckily I noticed it before warranty was out. However, replace the has not been easy. I have two of the three, but they changed the colors of them on me.

Poor Quality Racks Rust

This dishwasher cleans dishes very well and is quiet. Glasses and plates all come out looking great. Unfortunately, the racks are of very poor quality. The adjustable portions don't stay in place and fall over. Occasionally this breaks or chips glasses. The rotating sprayer on the underside of the top rack falls off periodically. Maybe once a month we will open the dishwasher to find it resting on clean plates underneath. The bigger issue is rust. A few months ago I noticed the top rack was rusting in a few places. Now it is completely rusted through in one spot and close in another. This dishwasher is about four years old. From reading other reviews, this is a known design flaw specific to LG. Unfortunately, it does not seem to be under warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Rusted Rack and rollers

Dishwasher works great except for the rusted rack and rollers, that make it almost unusable. This seems to be a reoccurring problem with this roller.

Rustimg racks

Racks started to rust less than 2ry old, I've had dishwashers that were over 10yrs old and racks never rusted. Other customers have same issues, so there defective and should be replaced for free.

Racks RUST

Racks are horrible and rust. I’m already past the 5 year warranty and the replacement racks seem as expensive as buying a new dishwasher. The only reason I didn’t give 1 star is because the dishwasher aside from the racks I’ve had no issues with
