Bought 2 pairs, same problem

I bought a pair 2 months ago, within a month I had no audio out of left ear bud. I bought a second pair and after a month I have no audio out of left ear. I take good care of them and the audio just stops working for left earbud. :/
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for a short time -

I've always been pleased with these headphones and have been buying them for years. They used to last a good 1-2 years. But the lifespan of the product as decreased dramatically. I bought 2 pairs last year. The last once I bought only 3 months ago and they already stopped working on one ear. I will definitely switch to another brand now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible

Worst product I ever purchased. Gonna be my third time returning them within a month. 1st time they were broke out the box only one ear worked 2 and 3rd time battery just stopped won't keep a charge. So disappointed in Sony in the product, absolutely terrible

After 6 months give or take...

After 6 months give or take my right earphone randomly loses sound. Left side works at all times. Right side works whenever it feels like it. I really like these earphones. Sound, bass, and battery life. Was hoping I would get at least 2yrs out of these. Specially cause I only use them for work. When I need to block any extra noise out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worked well only 1 month

Bought it about 3 months ago. Worked well the 1st month, I could hear and speak perfectly but then I started hearing crackling noises through the speaker then I couldn't hear the other person speaking back to me and they couldn't hear me. I can only listen to music but I cannot speak to anybody through the speaker.

Great phones

Own it. Tryed a lot of products, including jbirds. Hands down satisfied with the product. Longest range bluetooth, sound is nice, what u whould expect from sonys for 50 bucks. Took me couple days to get used to them. And ofcource the 20hr battery !!!!!

This is everything I wanted. For the price, the product performs great. The range is great - no dropping buetooth signals even 40 feet away. Sounds good - earplugs fit well. Good battery life, I use it about once per week day for maybe 1.25 hours for workout - lasted about 2.5 weeks. Charged as advertised. I m not an audiophile, so can't give it 5 stars since I am not real critical of the musical quality. But sound for movies, podcasts and music videos is great. Only wish I could plug USB into a wall USB socket.
I would recommend this to a friend!
