I love these headphones. They last so long, I had a pair forever and I lost them, sadly. I bought a new pair and I wish I didn’t buy a new pair sooner. I think the bass is great, PERFECT fit in my ears, and I love the blue/black combo.. not to mention the pause button/mic. I have a pair of Bluetooth in ear headphones from Bose and Jaybird, but they don’t dont fit as good as these Sony ones fit. They never fall out or loosen. The only way they could be better is if they were Bluetooth.

Mid-High Level Quality Sound With Decent Form

I've known Sony audio quality for years. It is often top notch or near to it. Which is why I purchased these C400s. I tried about 5 cheap alternatives that simply couldn't create the sound quality these have. The only reason I didn't start with Sony was because I feared their Bluetooth Earbuds weren't comfortable.
I wanted a comfortable set, and I found an Ink'd Wireless set to be the most comfortable. If Sony could keep their sound quality and steal the soft, flexible design of neck band that the Ink'd Wireless set I have, I would give it a 5 star, because that is what would be perfection to me. Something I would tell absolutely everyone to buy.
This set has the typical higher quality audio that Sony has become known for. It has a physical frame that grips the neck and holds in place, which is good for runners and such, but it is a presence on the neck. You feel it grip the neck, lightly, but enough to always be known. I'd love it if Sony would create 2 lines, one that holds in place and grips and one that is perfectly comfortable... even if it might slip a little. I've never actually had an issue with my Ink'd set beyond the sound quality and I do work out in those.
Overall == A quaility set for sound, but fairly rigid. I'm trying to warm and loosen the plastic frame and I have slightly improved the comfort, but it is still noticable. Mayble it will decrease with further use.
Also, I am still torn about the button layout, These have buttons on the neck side and I'm pretty sure I'd prefer them on the outward side.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great, but stops working on 2-3months

I bought these 2 months ago, and had a pair before these, they run out of audio in the left and the Mic stops working in about 2 months. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

sound lagging

The worst gadget I’ve ever had

I bought this headphone last year. It broke up three times without any reason, 2 during the warranty period, and the third one just one week after the expiration of the warranty. Buying this is waste of money.

I'm happy with my product, but I do wish they were a bit tougher, one of the ear-buds stopped working and now I have only one side and it's very annoying.
