The Perfect Earphones For Me

I took a gamble on a salesman's recommendation. This is easily one of the best smartphone accessories for my usecase.
1) fast bluetooth connection to my Samsung S10e
2) the set easily switches from one audio source to another without any delays
3) I dont even feel headband when I happen to fall asleep on my long commutes to work
4) 20 hour battery life is perfect for an on-the-go guy like me
5) the headband adjusts to your preference
It's perfect for me. Best 50 USD I spent on a smartphone accessory.
I would recommend this to a friend!

WI-C400 Headset

I purchased this headset last month. I figure Sony is a reputable name brand. This headset is HORRIBLE. The microphone picks up ALL background noise, even against your clothes which makes the call impossible

Bought less than 6 months ago. Only 1 ear piece works and bluetooth is awful for talking on phone...

I bought this yesterday and can say sound quality is amazing but only give it three stars because background noises are obnoxious with these to where I only use for calls if there is absolutely no background sounds otherwise music only

I have sent these headphones through the washer AND dryer honest to God, at least 7 times. They still work every time. Might just be a fluke but man, I love these headphones. Thank you for making a product that can withstand my forgetfulness.

GARBAGE with a Pixel Phone!!!!

Bought these 2 months ago to work with my Pixel XL. Doesn't work correctly 85% of the time. Disconnects whenever, powers down when it feels like it, can be listening to music and not be able to use it to make a phone call, will not respond to commands a lot of the time.
Was this product even tested with the Pixel phone?
At this point, I am going to have to spend more money and buy a different pair just so I can use the basic functions of a wireless headset

Can't use for calls. Receivers can't hear my voice

When making calls, I can hear the receivers alright but they keep on saying hello and hello till they end the call which means they can't hear me. I have to disconnect the device before I can make a call. This is very bad!!!
