Poorly designed

Ear gels only come in 3 sizes, and none fit properly. Ear gels also fell off easily. I have now lost an ear gel several times. The headset is also poorly weighted. The headset tends to fall backwards down my neck because all the weight is in the back of the headset and not in the ends that extend around the neck to the front of the body. So while the headset itself works good and the battery life is acceptable, it's uncomfortable and does not sit properly.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, poorly designed ear gels, does not lay around the neck properly
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very easy to use and connect to phone very easy. Sound is excellent to hear. Great bass and you will not be disappointed. And they are beautiful.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, beautiful
Cons: no cons for me

Not any better than the Circle not able to connect to the Samsung Gear app no voice alert when calls come in an messages the same so I sent it back an will just continue to use my Circle....

2 brand new pairs and both pairs the volume down button broke out of no where with no damage. Never dropped no moisture use them only at work.

Takes you back to the 90's with the skipping CD's, but no CD's?

Got my wireless Level U Pro headphones today. Only to find they take me back some 25 years ago when I got my first portable CD player and if you moved it, it skipped. These headphones seem to sound the same. S6 user

This device gets disconnected every minute even the phone is within 2 feet distance. I have tried two different phone (note 5 and Iphone 6+). The issue is same with both phone. I liked the vibration feature when call comes in but i gets disconnected in a minute or two.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality
