Broke after 2 years

I bought it in Sep'19 and installed it in Oct'19. It comes with a 2 year warranty. Exactly after 2 years, in Nov'21, it is just not turning on. Waiting for the service person now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought this cooktop in September and just love it. This cooktop has 4 elements plus a warming element. Thee are no knobs that you need to clean around which makes cleaning the top easy.

A Pleasure to Use

It has taken time to learn to use a completely electronic system, but the more I use it, the better I like it. It is so much easier to clean than anything else I have ever used. The completely smooth and unbroken surface is wonderful.

My wife and I were sick and tired of our current cooktop which was not an LG product by the way. When we saw this in the store we fell in love. We own LG washer, dryer, TV, refrigerator etc, and knew that this product would live up to the high standards of LG. LG is an excellent blend of pleasing aesthetics, functionality and beyond comparison reliability. This cooktop was no different. I have gotten so many complements by friends and family, and I have had no issues with clean up or in cooking.
