[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the cooktop for less than a month. It's working fine. The touch pads are not sensitive enough. It takes several trys to turn it on.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cooktop is hard to use. I have to press very hard on the "buttons" to make it go off and on. In addition, which button turns on which burners is confusing.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this now for a few weeks best purchase I have made in long time the features cooking on this are a lot of. Fun love it
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks great and is so easy so use! I love that there are no knobs and its all touch, it works great heats fast and even! On top of everything else I got a great deal!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had about a month, easy to use and clean. I’d give it a lower rating though because one day it wouldn’t turn off and the customer service wasn’t too helpful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this cooktop on 4.4.2019 because I have an LG refrigerator that is the best. I was replacing a white Dacor cooktop that was malfunctioning, turning off at will while I was cooking. Installation was simple. After two weeks, however, without warning, all the lights on the control panel started flashing. I had to flip the circuit breakers twice, kind of like rebooting a computer. The problem has not recurred but that experience has made me nervous about it being faulty... I will see.
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use, Features/Settings
