LG Stovetop survey I am a fan of LG products and I refused to purchase another brand when I purchased this stovetop. As much as I am a fan, I am disappointed particularly because the stovetop has malfunctioned on numerous occasions. The malfunction was that the touch buttons would not work. I couldn't turn either of the burners low nor could I turn the burners off. I had to turn the breaker off in order to get it to turn off. Additionally, the outline of the burners and the characters should be non-removable. After continued use, it rubs off. Needs more color code for quick figuring and referencing. I'm having to do a service request already and I only had it for 8-9 months

Cooking on a hot plate

I was forced to buy a hot plate to cook on. What does that tell you about the quality of your product? Our cooktop worked for two weeks. Part is on back order.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just received and installed our cooktop this weekend and it works great, looks great and always so user friendly just like our LG TV. Love it and it fit perfectly in the opening we already had to replace a stinky old gas cooktop.
