horrible product and service

I bought this in January all 5 knobs have cracked. Tried to get replacements- agents overseas are incapable of understanding the basics of this unit. I have spent hours attempting to get replacements and at this point am going to return. I was planning on purchasing a wall over, dishwasher, and fridge from LG at this point. Will not do business with this company again.
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Powerful burner!!!

This appliance was recently installed in a house we purchased. What an upgrade from our previous cooktop! Powerful burners, easy to clean, just a great product!

Knobs Cheap and Expensive to Replace

I have owned this cooktop for a little over a year and I have had all 5 knobs break and had to replace 2 of them twice over now. They are cheaply made and right now all 5 knobs are broken, and I need to replace all 5 again.
Pros: ease of use, Performance
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Impressed with features! Not so much with racks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I absolutely loved the cook top. It is so sleek and modern! The gas flow control is superb. Cleaning unit is a breeze.
Now for the disappointment: within the first week the black racks were scratched... I have expensive pots and pans. They did not scratch my previous racks. It seemed the paint seems to have peeled/scratched off

Cheap Knobs!

We are in the process of redoing the kitchen. I had to get a cook top as the new granite was being installed. I was looking for a 5 burner to replace the 4 burner that we have and be stainless. I ordered online without looking at one and what a great surprise when we opened the box. The look is just what we were looking for. Love the heavy cast grates and the 5 burners. Be warned this is stainless and the grates are cast and will scratch the appliance if you are not careful. The LED on the controls is a great bonus. With the low simmer setting it is easy to forget that it is on. If it performs and good as it looks this will be a top rated appliance in our house. Now just have to buy 4 more to finish.
