This is my fourth in almost as many months. The first three all had charging issues with the brush. One also had a broken pik pump. The retailer was easy on returns so I got a fourth. So far so good for a little over a month. When they work they are fine.

The water pick portion is very good but nothing special, but the toothbrush is nothing short of amazing. Three brush/sonic modes, and really quiet compared to a standard electric toothbrush.
