A compact duo takes up very little counter space and packs a powerful punch with multilevel brushing and the powerful waterpik. Love the attachments and the cover now part of the whole unit and not separate like the older models.

I really feel my teeth are clean when i am done. The waterpik is a bit messy if you don't keep your head down though. Actually tried it on my dog (used the extra brush!) and her plaque basically disappeared. She didn't care for it though.
