Works very well. The best feature is the large water tank and the combo with the toothbrush. The noise is acceptable, the sonic toothbrush works very well, the toothbrushes are a pain to remove for cleaning (see separate review)

This the second unit I have purchased. I like the fact I can brush and than use the water pik. The only complaint I have is the toothbrush head is difficult to remove for cleaning .Same issue I had with my first unit, after time the stem broke.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is an amazing product with the combination of a great electric toothbrush and the water pik. I love that there are so many tips to choose from and it all works flawlessly. My mouth feels so clean and my dental hygienist noticed a positive difference in the health of my gums. The black color is so classy appearing. All around amazing buy!
