I really like this product so much. The only complaint I have is that it is very noisy which is the only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5, but my recent visit to the dentist office, they said my numbers improved

Have not been using it that long but, not as usable as our last flosser. Weird to turn the pik on while in the mouth, with the same hand, like the base to fill the water, do not like that the picks are not "with" the flosser. The tooth brush cleans as well as any other electric brush but, not storage for the brushes and choosing the settings is very strange, has to be on to choose clean, massage etc
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
