I have had 2 water piks and they work well, but for the price they stop working in less than one year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very effective and functional

I bought this to replace my 2-yr-old Complete Care product, and this one is significantly better!! The flow of water is more efficient and effective, and the cradle for the handle is perfect. Even the toothbrush is an improvement.

Love It! Works fantastic! FYI, Waterpik has the best customer service in the world! Hands down! My toothbrush started acting up with 2 months left on the 2 year warranty. I called customer service, spoke to a Human after a very short wait and she had me trouble shoot it a bit, nothing worked and she sent me a whole new Complete 5.0 system! Got here in 3 days. They will have me as a customer for ever!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very Poor Quality

I bought this model because the button on the previous one failed. It was stuck and could not engage. I have had this one for about 2 years. Now, it is failing and a replacement is now $30 more. The button you turn to get the flosser to work now only works at one position, not all the way to ON. Why has your product quality turned to "junk"?
