I ordered the unit to replace an identical WaterPik we had used for years, but the battery in the toothbrush has failed. The old unit was terrific and we wanted the same thing - so we got one. The shooting beater function is without equal and the toothbrush is great as well. Highly recommended. If only the toothbrush battery was easily replaceable.

From new toothbrush to paper weight in 8 inches.

Took it out of the box set everything up on the sink. I slid the device to the back of the sink and the toothbrush fell off the base into the sink. That's all it took to snap the toothbrush in two. The post that holds the replaceable heads is plastic and it snapped off from a pretty unnoteworthy fall into the sink. Now i have a brand new toothbrush, never used and no way to fix it. Buyer beware.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stopped working after 6 months!!

I bought this as a Christmas present for my wife last year. She has always wanted a water flosser and so she fell in love immediately and used it twice a day. Always kept it clean and and the toothbrush charged as well. Much to our surprise, it has already stopped working. The pump and flosser seam to be functioning fine but the toothbrush will not turn on or charge at all. Serious disappointment. I cant tell you how sad it is to see that she is using an electric toothbrush like a regular scrub brush and wont even bother with the flosser anymore. We need a replacement ASAP. I am not sure if it was a defect but yeah, very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked great for first 2 months. Then after replacing new brush head it broke to where the brush head doesn’t stay on.
