It took a little getting used to. Once I got the hang of it, It worked out great I don not unplug it like the directions say to because when I did the water pik did not work.

My first one lasted almost eight years. I loved it so much I just bought another one, only white this time (my first one was black). I was going to get a black one again but the white one costed a bit less, so I got it. I like the convenience of having the toothbrush and Waterpik in the same unit. I like that the toothbrush head is compact and the narrow shape at the end allows me to reach my back teeth very well. And I like the “cat tongue” on the back of the toothbrush that cleans my tongue really good.

This is my first time using this model. I have had 2 previous 9.0 models. I like the 9.0 models better than this one. I find this a little less convenient and it doesn’t include smooth brushing like the 9.0 model did. The brushing is a little loose and jerky. Otherwise it works ok.
