After having a couple of Dental Issues (5) five teeth extracted: (4) four Molars and #15, and being diagnosed with Periodonal Disease I decided it was time to Step-up my Oral Hygiene Game! I have been using this device for about (2) weeks now and see markedly ggood results. I used to Rinse with Listerine and brush twice a day with a regular tooth brush and still developed these problems, I am a 53 year old male and wanna keep the teeth I have left. Since I have bought the water pick and use it twice daily my teeth feel squeky clean literally and my next trip to the dentist will tell if the proof is in the proverbial pudding or not so stay tuned...

Loved the toothbrush until replacing the head and it snapped off with half of it in the toothbrush and half in the head. Upon inspection it looks as though it has burnt up and melted itself into place! Will not allow me to add pictures but I can provide to whoever is interested.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry for the difficulty that you've encountered. The photos appear to show a significant amount of toothpaste buildup. As indicated in the owners manual, the brush head needs to be removed and rinsed thoroughly under running water after each use to prevent this from happening. My dentist suggested that I purchase this Waterpik. It's a game changer, my gums were infected , bleed and inflamed. After 3 weeks of using the Waterpick and Waterpil toothbrush. I did a post cleaning visit and tge hygentist saw great improvement with my gums and I had zero bleeding. I use the gim massager everyday.
