I love the water flosser, it does a great job! The toothbrush is anything but great, the brush itself doesn't rotated while using it. I can get my teeth cleaned better with a regular toothbrush which I currently use. Had I known the brush didn't rotate I would've invested in the flosser by itself and saved a lot of money. If waterpik ever comes out with a brush that rotates while cleaning your teeth I would love to try it.
