Great combo!! toothbrush and water flosser

I absolutely love the water flosser and toothbrush combo. The toothbrush head is small, easy to maneuver front and back of teeth. The toothbrush is very powerful with a strong vibration for a deep cleaning feel. It honestly feels like I just left the dentist after a cleaning.
The water flosser should belong on a fire truck, the amount of pressure and force that is delivered is outstanding.
I would absolutely buy this product again in the future.
I would have given 5 star rating, however the tongue cleaning tool was missing, when I unpacked contents after purchasing from store.

In my opinion there are design improvements which could make the product better such as:
(1) A location to place the tips of the toothbrush and water pic when it’s preferred to have an extra tip readily available for use.
(2) Better locations of the controls on the toothbrush handle would help operation. The present locations make it easy to unintentionally change the mode of the toothbrush when in use and gripping the handle. A swiveling water pic handle at the tubing attachment would make turning the handle easier while operating it. The tubing now puts torque and resistance on the handle while rotating it when in use.
(3) Recommend detaching the water pic tip and shaking/tapping out residual water from the tip and handle following use to inhibit formation and growth of mildew fungus. A tip holder when removed and stored would facilitate drying also, while reducing formation of mold(s) such as mildew.
(4) The switches on the water pic handle enable water and contaminates to enter the space of the sliding switches that make cleaning/disinfecting difficult to achieve thorough cleaning.

Overall, this product provides a great function and is of good quality but would be better with some ergonomic improvements such as locations of controls on the toothbrush as well as the water pic.

combo water flosser and electric toothbrush

Well I was happy for 3 1/2 years but 2 time my unit is not turning on but the electric toothbrush is charging when I plug it in the wall do not turn on by the switch does that mean the unit is no good? I am very dissapointed in water pic products that do not last more than a few years and the warrent is only 1-2 years long wont be buying anymore of this brand

This is my 2nd Waterpik. The 1st was purchased around 1975 and the hose recently went bad. I really like having the additional toothbrush much better than the manual one I was using. I had a film over my teeth that went away after using the new toothbrush. Love it!
