Toothbrush will not go on with a full Charge

Liked the product COMPLETE CARE until a month ago when the toothbrush stopped working. If I fiddle with it sometimes it will go on but I do not have time every time I need to brush my teeth to spend trying to get it started. It shows fully charged and is very frustrating. There is no battery replacement so I am without an option.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The unit is designed OK. I the only negative is the unit is very loud. I in the morning when other people in the household are sleeping, the unit will wake them up. That's why the 3 stars. Everything else is fine.

I've never owned anything but a tooth brush before so going over to a power brush and power pik has been a learning curve which I'm still learning. I think my gums feel slightly better and the surface of my teeth seem to be white.
