We received the Waterpik-WP-861-W as a Christmas Gift and were as complete satisfied with this product. It did everything that it claim to do and more. The sonic tooth brush clean so well you felt like you just left the Dentist office, and the water pik does an excellent job cleaning around the gum line to eliminate plaque build up . GREAT PRODUCT.
