Does not hold a charge after 10 months

I will start off stating my husband and I loved this product before we started experiencing issues. I bought this product September 2017. It is now 10 months later and the toothbrush will not hold a charge. The charging station indicates it is charging the toothbrush and will state it is charged. When you turn the brush on to use it, the battery light flashes that it is dying and will die after 15 seconds of use. There are no options to replace the battery inside the toothbrush. WaterPik only has instructions to dispose of the battery. I am not going to buy an entire WaterPik station every time the toothbrush stops holding a charge. My husband and i are very unsatisfied and disappointed this has stopped working after only 10 months. At this point, we would not recommend.

Didn't last five months!

I bought this item to use between my daughter and myself. It is very difficult to interchange the brush heads for each person. It's like they do not want to come off. My daughter ended up breaking it trying to remove the brush head. It would be nice to have a button for it to pop off like the attachments are for the water flosser. Speaking of which, it just stopped working four months into buying it. I was really disappointed.

We are sorry to hear this happened! We recommend to remove the brush head from the handle and rinse brush head under running water after each use. This model does carry a two-year warranty. Leaked after 1 week

Disappointed! Bought this to replace waterpik I'd purchased 2 years ago. This unit leaked so returned it. The unit's quality feels cheaper than the previous unit.

I am in love with my WaterPik and my sonic toothbrush unit. It literally makes your regular toothbrush feel like it never really worked. The waterpik is a must to keep food from going in the pockets of your gums and cleaning between teeth. The toothbrush will make you feel like you just left the Dentist's office. I know my next visit to the dentist will show the improvements in my teeth and my gums. Say goodbye to stains in between your dental visits because the WP-861 has a setting for stubborn stains. It also has a setting to massage your gums. What more could you ask for. Well it also has a two minute timer so you make sure all four sections of your teeth get 30 seconds each. It pauses every 30 seconds to let you know to move to the next section.

Love the hinged lid on water compartment and the easy to use on/off switch on the handle as well as the power switch dial. Easy for an older person with stiff fingers to use. I am so happy with this product and know my dentist will be too !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great idea! The device itself is very attractive and compact. The fact that you are using one device to water floss and sonically brush makes for a very convenient product. Both the flosser and brush are extremely powerful. The flosser is "quiet," compared to previous flossers. The corn-on-the-cob demonstration in the 'How To Use' video online truly demonstrates how important it is to not only brush, but to also use a water flosser daily. I cannot tell you how impressed I really am with this new product. The travel case, additional brush-head and all the flossing tips included are an additional plus.

Nice brush/flosser one piece unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family started using the WP-861W about a week ago. I like the single unit concept of a water flosser and electronic toothbrush in one compact unit. One cord to deal with on the sink, nice. The brush fits well in your hand and does a good job. The noticeable pause every 30 seconds is better than others I've used and the cleaning job on my teeth is very good. The water flosser is as excellent in cleaning as my prior Waterpik standalone unit but with improvements. The handle fits well in your hand. The on/off switch on the handle is an improvement and leads to less water dripping on the vanity top. The attached lid works well for my spouse who tends to let the water warm slightly prior to flossing. The prior lid was a pull up and put back on which is not difficult, I appreciate just flipping up and down.
