This is an amazing product! My husband & I have never used a water pik product before, but what quality! It's very easy to operate & we love the water flosser aspect! It makes our teeth look so good & in the short amount of time we have owned it.

Model WP881 is awesome. My only complaint is how difficult it is to change toothbrush head. The flosser works very well and the toothbrush is very good. It would be good if the unit could store 1 flosser tip and 1 toothbrush head.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and I am really enjoying using the toothbrush. I find the flosser confusing and I don't understand how to use it. I would appreciate some more guidance for using the flosser.....

While I enjoy the convenience of the WaterPik, i would offer the following suggestions.
1. A way to "pause" the brush cycle. Sometimes there is a need to spit out toothpaste or address a separate issue. If brush is stopped, another 2 minute cycle is assigned.
2. Travel buddy for one-the-road brush instead of packing up unit. No container to put in.
3. Brief directions on unit itself rather than referring to manual.
