I recieved my set yesterday, today the faceplate on the toothbrush fell off. Hasnt dropped or been submerged in water. First use, and broken. Ridiculous!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this about 1 month ok. I like it very much but I don't think the flosser is as power flosser as my old water pik. Don't know if this is how this one works.
