The WP-861W is a replacement for the older Waterpik I've used for at least fifteen years. I got this one because it comes with both a Waterpik and Electric toothbrush, and they both do a great job of cleaning my teeth. coincidentally, I had my semi-annual cleaning today by my dentist and he found no cavities, and it took him very little time to clean my teeth. The toothbrush comes with three different cleaning modes, but I've only used one. I highly recommend this Waterpik to anyone who cares about dental hygiene.
