Unbelievable.

I've had this product for over a year, and I find removing the brush head is alreadys hard, well today when I was replacing thehead it snapped the piece that holds the head in place right off, I don't want to go out and buy a whole new one because everything else works great. I need to figure out if this piece is fixable or can I just buy a new toothbrush holder

Have had this long enough now to review. I use it daily and love the flossing. Brush bristles seem a bit soft so i'm saving the brush for travel & using another brand power brush i have for day to day. One day i'll get stiffer bristle for the waterpik brush

This was a great product when it worked. It lasted about 2 weeks after the warranty, and then the power button got wonky followed by the unit not holding a charge AT ALL a few days later. Had I known that you could not replace the battery and that I would be landfilling the entire unit after just over a year, I would have not bought it. I will be looking for a unit with the option to replace the battery and if that is not waterpik, then so be it. Low ratings are due to the low reliability and useful life, combined with the trash created.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
