The flosser is powerful so be careful to start off on low & work your way up. The toothbrush has different options which I like! The toothbrush cleans, polishes & whitens.
This is my 2nd unit as the first one quit working after a few weeks. I called water pik customer service & had another within 7 days! Great customer service!

This model of waterpik is easy to use. I like the actual on/off switch rather than the push button on another model, which was constantly getting stuck. I do wish that the brushes were contained on the top of the unit like the other model, but they give you a case to store them in. Having the toothbrush included with this is a bonus, but I can see where it's easiest to use with only one person using the toothbrush, rather than constantly switching heads for a second person to use.

My dental hygienist suggested that I try your waterpik product. I purchased this not realizing it came with a toothbrush. So I'm trying it as well.
This is my first entry.
Started using the waterpik at mid setting, wasn't sure where to start seemed good point. Worked well, adjusted down for comfort and adjusted up for more stubborn removal. Over all my gums hurt and refrained from using for a week. Intending to try in the shower as drooling and splashing on my counter seems a bit messy and counter productive.
As a benifit would you suggest that using mouthwash (Listerine) work well for flushing pockets around my teeth? At low setting of course.
My initial rating will be 3 stars and will adjust as I go up or down.

Tooth brush
As I have been using sonicare (classic) for years now. Not having an idea which is better here is my initial impression. this brush seems week and more like a vibration rather than a brushing action. It's high pitch mode seems best, pulse mode better than low mode but slightly clunky. The removal of plac is ok but not great. The pause move indicater is nice but a bit short, due to it's slow cleaning action. The brush shape doesn't seem a problem however brush depth is, should be longer to reach between teeth. Water flossing would benifit from this. The tung scrubbing pad on the back side of the brush head is a nice touch.
