I am generally pleased with my WP-861. Previously I had the 9.0. The water holder is much easier to take out on this WP-861 than it was with the 9.0. My only problem is difficulty in taking off the toothbrush head from the motor. I have to really tug it with a towel to get it off.

The design of the handle and brush head are the best. Both fit your hand and mouth interior perfectly. Bought one for my daughter, She loves it, too. Only drawback is no cover for brush head or place to store it. I store mine in the reservoir when not in use
