I really like the combination of water pic and brush but my previous brush was an up and down motion rather than a rotary motion. I found out that I prefer the up and down motion instead. This brush has a small surface area for tooth paste and I believe that my brushing doesn't last as long in feeling clean as compared to my previous up and down motion. Dan

Excellent product - my teeth and oral health is very important especially because I am a diabetic and in my early 60’s so I definitely want to keep the teeth I have. The waterpik really clean under my gums and back teeth. After brushing and flossing my teeth have never felt so clean and I highly recommend this product.
