Thanks for your feedback. To experience optimal drying when using your dishwasher there are a few things to note:
-A Rinsing Aid must be used
-Small items should be loaded on the top rack while larger items should be loaded on the bottom rack
-Heated dry must be selected
-Heated wash option should be selected
-Plastics and nested dishes may not dry as well as other dishes

Not a good unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only been in our house one month and have had issues with this unit already. First it wouldnt drain all the water out of it but most importantly it does not dry the dishes at all even though we have the heated cycle activated. Not impressed with this model at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We understand that your dishwasher is not drying properly. We recommend making sure that the house water is coming in at 120 degrees, the “Heat Dry” option is selected, and you’re using the correct amount of rinse aid. Also know that plastic items like Tupperware or plastic plates are more porous and will take longer to dry and may still be wet after the drying cycle.
