I bought this dishwasher a year ago and am not happy with its drying cycle. I had a Frigidaire Gallery dishwasher for 15 years and loved it, never had a problem with it, so I bought a new one thinking I would get the same product. I was wrong...the dishes always have to be wiped and the glassware comes out spotted. Very unhappy customer!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I recommend making sure that the house water is coming in at 120 degrees, the “Heat Dry” option is selected, you’re using the correct amount of Rinse Aid, and that no heavy mineral or calcium scale is covering the heater. Doesn't dry well

My only complaint is that it doesn't dry the dishes at all and the door doesn't close with ease.

We have used this for all most 2 months now it it works very good at getting dishes clean just wish it would dry them a little better

I have had this 3 weeks. Didn't dry great so have another on order to replace, it is back ordered for 5 weeks. In the meantime the entire unit has stopped working so repairman scheduled this week so I can have something to use while waiting for the replacement. So far VERY disappointed. Hoping this was just a lemon and next one is all it was supposed to be.

A significant improvement over our old dishwasher.

We bought this unit to replace a low-end dishwasher that was starting to have problems getting our dishes clean, and was VERY loud.
We picked Frigidaire not out of any brand loyalty, but mostly because all the other appliances in the house are Frigidaire (came with the house when we purchased it) and because it was a good value based on the features we wanted and the price.
This model is really quiet, at least compared to our old unit. When it's running, you have to be standing pretty close to it to hear it going if there is any background noise, like the TV. The only time it is noticeable is if there is nothing else on in the house, you are standing right by it, or at a couple points in the cycle. Even at it's loudest, it never hits the level of annoying or distracting.
The stainless interior and hidden heating element is great, and we have not melted a single plastic container lid. It always gets the dishes clean, as long as I don't over load it, unless something is really soiled.
My only complaint is that we have to be careful with how we load it. It might be due to the rack configuration or the size of our dishes, but even that is a minor complaint.
