All good except the bottom rack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is great except for the bottom rack. The design makes no sense to me. The tines are not aligned across the width and our large plates tend to fall forward on the narrowly spaced tines designed for the big plates. if you want to wash large items, you have to lay down the tines for the large plates. You then have to deal with tines not aligned to handle the large plates. Is there an alternate bottom rack you can provide. All is great with this unit including upper deck layout and it runs very quiet. I almost returned due to the poor lower rack design. Any suggestions? Thx.

I recommend checking your Owner's Manual (pages 9-12) for proper loading of your large plates on both the upper and lower dishwasher racks. Cleans up those dirty dishes!!

After a couple of adjustments (I have hard water) it is giving me sparkling, squeaky clean dishes. Thanks Frigidaire and Mr. Renner!

Drying is a huge issue!!!

We have had ours for 3 months and from day1 we have had drying issues...YES we have increased our water temp, never put plastic in it...keep the jet dry dispenser full...use heat dry...don't over-load or nest silverware...have read the owner's manual inside and out...the biggest problem area that I see is the design of the silverware basket...which, by the way, is PLASTIC...the water puddles on it...
This was not an inexpensive dishwasher...but the design quality of the racks and basket is beyond poor...Is there another basket available for this model...
