Glad I did. I fried my last one and had to quickly purchase a new one. The style is very similar to my last one.

I purchased the stainless inside model, have had problems from the beginning! The soap does not release, requiring multiple wash cycles!!!! I have used liquid, powder,
packets...Same issue. I could not get help from the store where purchased, they closed shortly after my purchase. I would Appreciate any help I can get. For the reason mentioned I would Not recommend this dishwasher. I have been a Frigidaire customer for many years, not sure about the future! Model # FGID2474QWOB Serial # KH42832094.

I hate to hear about your dishwasher experience, Ray F. I recommend checking and/or trying the following: 1-Is the dispenser door open at the end of the cycle? 2-Is the soap partially dissolved? 3-Make sure that nothing is blocking the spray arm and dispenser door from opening. Kickplate installation is terrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to install my daughter in law's this dishwasher today. I don't know if it is good dishwasher but I know the installation design is no good. Hard to run the water line, hard to run electricity and who thought of the design for the kick plate. Hey folks the kick plate should be the easiest part of the installation. approx. 4 inches from the floor you are supposed to fit the wings of the kick plate into a side piece you can't see because you are in the cabinet and the screws that you have to insert are where you can't see the holes just have to feel it. Why not just put the screws in the front like every one else. That design engineer should try doing the installation. I would give that -10 rating.

Dissapointed in Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher 4 years ago and have liked it...quiet and depndable, but all of a sudden the short wash cycle won't work. It stops are various times throught the cycle and doesn't turn back on. The long cycle works so this leads me to believe there is something wrong with the program display?
