Dust somehow manages to get on the inside of the screen protector but other than that, this is an excellent case. I just wish OtterBox made a holster with a belt clip for it like they make for iPhones and Samsung phones. That would really make my day.

I bought an otter box defender case for my daughter as she has an iPod touch but any little fall it kept switching off and wouldn’t turn back on for ages. The otter box case that I got comes with so much protection that it hasn’t switched off since. All round brilliant can not recommend it enough.

I ordered a new Otter Box for my new Ipod as I had one on my old Ipod and I loved it. When it arrived I unwrapped it and assembled it on the new Ipod. The screensaver is just slightly too big for the actual box and when assembled it buckles in the middle making it very annoying to try to use the touch screen. Also, the strap for it would not feed through the hole provided on the case. The weaved covering over the actual filament line inside the loop string kept tearing when I tried to feed it through no matter how I tried to do it. As happy as I was with my first couple of Otter Boxes I have owned, this one has been equally as disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What I like about it the most is that I have a piece of mind that my Ipod touch has superior protection than all the other ipod touch cases out there and love how the “punk” version of this case looks!

The screen started separating on my newest iPod. I was so glad that a defender case was available. The attached screen on the case fit snuggly around my iPod and acted like a girdle holding the whole thing together. This happened to my other iPod as well, even though it is always handled carefully. I used a defender for that one over a year ago and it is still keeping it together. Thanks for the great products.
