Disappointed

This printer will not stay connected to my Mac. The only way to get it to connect is to restart my internet modem which is inconvenient for obvious reasons. When you scan you need to be careful about the settings or else you'll get a blurry, useless scan. I don't get why the manufacturers would even make the scanner capable of such blurry scans, what purpose could that possibly fulfill? I had trouble getting a clear scan of a legal document I needed to send. Not a picture, a black-and-white document. Took almost 45 minutes to scan my whole doc and send. Ridiculous.

Difficult install

This is a nice little light weight printer and preforms well after one can get it installed. Directions with the printer are minimal and the online guide is a 250 page text book. I tried for 3 days (off and on) to install with no luck. I finally used my online computer service to help and it took them (3 people) almost three hours to figure it out. Had they not done so, I would have returned it.....not worth the time or the inexpensive price!

ink cartridge issue

The small round area on the cartridge is almost impossible to remove the the cover that retains the ink in shippment, suggest a hint with the instructions. Or fix it.

The CD to load the driver did not work . Had to call Cust Service for help. They sent a file to down load. The fact the CD did not work was a disappointment.

EZ set up

Brand new to me so I need to use it for a while to have an opinion of its usability. That said, so far so good with set up. The first couple of pages printed are GREAT.
