I'm trying too get my printer too work. I have been trying more than 5 times. It prints out blank paper or nothing in writing. Where you can't see anything. Why is this happening. I just bought it .

Should Consider The Elderly!!!!!!!

Sorry, but being in my early 60's, I had the most difficult time trying to key in network connection information!!!!! The selection keys, back space arrows etc. method caused me to make too many mistakes. I touched the keys too hard and made double letter selections. After contacting my network provider for connection issues, I had to excuse them and let them go bc it too so long to key in the required information. They could not stay on the line with me but for so long!!!! Love the Printing Speed! Ratings subject to improve...

Print issues with Windows 8.1 OS

Printing b&w is fine but gray scale or color does not happen, Windows 8.1 can not find printer? Scanning from printer can not find printer? Selection screen on computer shows windoes fax and scann, scan, epson model fp400 series, & epson ep430 scan, the only one that actually works is thew windows scan, the other three gives error" not able to connect to scanner"!

Printer is great but it is too complicated when I want to print a simple document...I don't know how...even the test page wont print for me ..
