Set this printed up and very easy to follow instructions. got all the updates and was ready to print . did two photos and came out great . glad i picked this one . great little printer and like the idea of differant color cartridges . If one color runs out you dont have to buy a cartridge with all the colors in it just buy the one you need

I just purchased and installed my second Epson printer. They made it very easy to install into my system and I expect this machine to give me the same excellent service and reliability they always do!

Printer problem

I was quite pleased with the staff at Epson for taking care of the issue I was having with my XP-420 printer. After it was found to not be accepting the magenta ink cartridges they promptly diagnosed the problem to be with the printer itself and sent me off a new model (XP-430) which I have just installed. Many thanks for standing by your product and taking care of your customers!

Easy setup

Setup was easy and fast. Very straightforward. First sheet printed was excellent and fast over my wireless network. It didn't appear to need a head alignment, but I did one anyway. Always a good idea on a new printer. Only took a few minutes. Did a quick scan. Very easy and excellent quality. Highly recommended.

Pain to sync

This has been such a pain to sync with my computer. I even bought a usb cord. If it doesn't print after I've registered it will be returned!

Set-up was fast and easy. 10minutes out of the box and we were done. Son copied a card to see if it worked. So far so good.
