This is a compact printer that is 100 percent faster than my previous printer. The only drawback for me is how slow the scanner is. This is not a huge problem for me but an inconvenience sometimes. I would definitely recommend this printer for a home setup and even for the occasional work use that I do from home.
I would recommend this to a friend!

One of the best investments I've ever made in a printer! Speed, beautiful color in my photographs, and ease of use; what more could you ask. I tell anyone who starts talking about printers that they would be wise to look at, NO, Just Buy An EPSON!!

Easy Setup

I had an earlier version of this printer. A day before it was a year old, it would not print. Possibly because it had be dormant for six months while we were away. Epson was kind enough to stand by their one year warranty and sent this new printer and we were able to set it up very easily.
Liked the previous model and I am sure I will like this one also. Thank you Epson for you professional service. JD

haven't used it yet but test sheet looks good.
Second Epson printer - used over 6 years, I caused problem by not turning off nor using for 2 weeks and clogged ink. Less expensive to buy new one instead repair.
