This is the first wireless printer I have purchased. I love the idea of no wires & it works great.

I never could get it to backup to WiFi to say OK

I just got it set up and I am not ready to Print so I did not load the Print Cartridges.

The first one I bought I brought home and it didn't work so I returned it to staples to get another one and everything seems to be working so far.

Comes up short

I have tried downloading the software a couple of times; it should be installed as a 'wireless' printer, and at first you have to use the USB. however it stay wireless for a very short period of time, then starts to refuse to print unless I hook it up to my laptop.
I would recommend this to a friend!
