The cartridges last a very short time, constantly need replacing. Very costly.

After about 15 years of large H/P All-In-One products, I decided to downsize and researched and purchased this Epson Home XP-430 Small-in-One Printer. I love this unit. It works as good as my past H/P's. The only slight inconvenience may be that it takes slightly longer to scan, but that is it. I would highly recommend this mini unit. One other thing, I love the fact that the scanning/printer bed is completely flat so you can fit large pieces to scan or print rather than have it squished and bent in other bed covers that have a perpendicular edge at one side.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have owned a Epson for over 15 years. My previous (xp-420) printer that I had only about six or seven months and when two "R" - "Y" replacing ink cartridges I was getting a message that It couldn't recognize cartridge. After buying another two cartridges and getting the same result. I scrapped the XP-420 and purchased this XP-430 hopping I will have better luck with this one. We'll see.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great printer, I can print from my phone.

I bought this 2 months ago and I didn't know that most printers you have to have WI-FI to use them. This is one printer I can do a direct connect and print my work schedule and photos from my android phone. At a great price.

This printer is very easy to set up and use. It goes through ink quite fast as I print out a lot of pictures. The pictures are high quality.

Difficult s/u

Just installed the xp 430. Included CD killed my internet connection and I had to troubleshot my computer and connect manually for downloads. Seems to work fine now.
I would recommend this to a friend!
