Won't power on and is brand new

2nd printer. First one I got set up and then it powered off and I can't get it turned back on. Second is doing the same thing! Not happy and will return and buy a different printer

I bought this at best buy to replace the XP-410 I had and I loved that printer and this one is better! Thanks for keeping up the quality work and the low prices!

I've had it only about a month so I can't speak to its longevity or long-term reliability but, so far, I'm very pleased with it. Setup was quick and easy. Connectivity is reliable. Picture quality is much better than I expected from an inexpensive printer. This replaced a 6 ink Epson Photo printer and there is very little difference in print quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Difficult to install

Installation was very difficult, had to repeat steps multiple times. Had error codes which meant nothing to me. Frustrating experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
