not happy with the printer at all. the printer prints every page crooked. i use this printer for work as a mechanic to print wiring diagrams and it lives in a very dirty environment and will last a couple years.. customer service was great and would recommend them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent travel printer

I have a HP laserwriter as my regular printer at home, but wanted a small compact, all-in-one printer to take with me when I winter in Florida. It has filled this bill nicely. I can scan, fax, copy and print effortlessly. My visiting children can connect without difficulty, even for the first time. It is fast, and most of all the footprint is small.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my 2nd Epson printer. It seems better quality and more reliable than other all in ones, less problems with ink. Time will til I have only had it about 1 month

Slight problems

Registering this product, I kept getting a "serial number incorrect" numerous times. I was finally able to continue, but not without this error message. Pretty easy to find the seial number.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just bought this printer and have been trying to set it up for hours! i have set-up dozens in the past and have never found it so difficult to connect a printer to my computer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Documentation for Setup is Poor

Spent 30 min trying to get the printer setup after I first received. Ended up calling Customer Service. The documentation setup page has no mention at all that you are supposed to open up the scanner to check for blue tape that keeps the printer head from activating. After she told me to do that and remove any and all other blue tape, it worked fine.

I received my printer today and it was very simple to set up and register. The only thing I have printed is a test page so far. It remains to be seen how well photographs print. Thank you
