NEW UNIT. NEEDED HELP. CALLED FOR ASSISTANCE. A GENTLEMAN NAMED JONAH HELPED ME GET UNIT SET UP. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE. AND MADE IT A STRESS FREE PROCESS TO HELP ME WITH MY INITIAL SET UP AND PHOTO PRINTING.

I bought the XP-430 because my faithful XP-420, after several years of use decided it had had enough. So, I have high hopes for a similar Epson product. My first printer, ever, was an Epson, and I haven't been disappointed yet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Setup no easy or clear

I just bought this and the quick setup was wrong and unclear in a number of steps. someone there should actually try to setup each printer and correct the Quick start guide.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
