I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PRINTERS EASE TO USE, MY WHOLE FAMILY HAS USED IN WITH OUR PHONES AND MY LAPTOP . THAT HAS MADE ME VERY HAPPY SINCE I DON'T HAVE TO SHUT DOWN TO ALLOW THEM TO USE THE PRINTER.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I took it out of the box, plugged it in and immediately received an error code. Tried to find the 'fix' in the accompanying manual and the on line manual but there was no troubleshooting section in either. But even if there had been - it broke before I even started to set it up! I don't need more electronic aggravation in my life!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst printer I have ever owned!!!

I've had the printer for just over a year, I can't remember the last time it worked without incident. When it does work, it goes through ink very fast.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The printer works fine. For some reason it wouldn't recognise my Wifi so I used a cable. No hardship with that, It does just what I need it to do. It copies off my computer and makes duplicate copies. That's all I've asked it to do and all I will expect to need it for. So I'm happy with it..

So I haven't tested its use yet, but the test page printed beautifully. Set up was really easy. some reviews have said otherwise. IDK why that wud be.

Great little printer at a great price... Easy to setup on my network and all printers connected without a problem... Just what I needed... It remains to be seen if the quality and cost per page is reasonable....
