Great sound but long cord and only lasted 8 months

The sound is great and the earbuds fit snuggly in the ear, blocking out outside sound. However, the cord is way too long. In addition, after 8 months of using them about 2-3 times a week at the gym, the right side of the headphone stopped working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not good

I bought them 2 or 3 months ago and I thought that it was only me, but the right headphone seemed to be a bit quieter than the left one, until it recently became completely obvious that the right headphone is indeed quieter and now it's become quite annoying. Don't buy these, it's much better to invest in a pair of better headphones. The sound quality is ok, but nothing special. There is a lot of compression going on at times, but it's kinda expected since the product is cheap.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Game these things made to break?

These cancel noise really well but the right channel stopped working after 2 months, I bought another pair of the same headphones and again after less than 2 months the right channel stopped working! I've bought two pairs and both times the right channel stopped working for no apparent reason!

They stopped working out of no where

I bought these in December before heading on holidays and I really liked them and a few days ago they stopped working totally out of no where. So I'm not a happy camper, because I really like them. But they don't work... Very disappointing!! Hence a 2 star rating.

Crisp sound for good price

I've had these for about a week now, for the money they're excellent!
By default you may not think so, but if your phone or media player has an equalizer (which it should unless it sucks) then you can fine tune these earbuds and really get some good results!
The rubber ear inserts are also interchangeable with those from other earbuds I've owned previously which is a big plus for me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

great quality, poor durability

When I first got these they were great, but I use these everywhere. Use these if they're going to be in a stationary place such as a desktop or laptop. I've caught the wire on many things, mainly door handles... mainly handles and got violently ripped out of my ears. With the thin wires I always worried that they would be pulled out from the buds or the audio jack and I think my fears have come true since I lost sound in the left bud when it always worked perfectly before hand in all my devices. Again good headphones for stationary use, they cant handle much abuse.
