Short service life

Bought 4 of these. The sound quality was very good, but the first one lasted 9 weeks before its left earbud failed. The second set lasted only 6 weeks before the same thing happened. Two down and two to go….at this rate I will be looking for new earbuds soon. They won’t be these. Pretty sure it’s the angled jacks that are the issue.

Easily breaks

I have bought about 3 of these earbuds in the past 2 years. The first time the sound quality died. The second time both of the physical ear buds itself fell off. The third time one of the ear buds fell off, but still produced good sound. Then today, out of the blue, while I was watching a video, the sound just stopped and now this pair is broken. Don’t know if I should get another Sony pair or not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great sound, comfortable and affordable

You guys have no idea how much I love these headphones. Ive tried other brands but they can never match the sound quality and comfort of the 15ap. They're so comfortable I can wear them all day and not even notice them. Other brands would leave my ears sore. They don't hurt your ears when you accidently yank them out. Im not going to lie I tend to be aggressive with my earphones when pulling them out of my pocket so I always end up losing the silicone tips. So if you could please start selling replacement tips and or send me a couple hundred size small my way that be great lol

Small design problem

I purchased these for use at work and for my recording of gaming videos on Youtube. At work i can spend as much as 10 hours with these in my ear helping to pass the time. Overall I like these headphones a lot with only one exception.
First lets start with the pros. The interchangeable buds are nice, flexible and comfortable. They secure firmly to the headphones. The sound quality is outstanding as I've come to expect with Sony headphones. I also found that there is minimal cord noise. (noise transmitting from cord movement into the headphones.)
I've only found one major con which is preventing me from giving these a 4 or even 5 stars. There are 2 plastic segments that make up the housing for the speaker. There is a sharp lip on one side (far side from the buds) that cuts into your ear and makes them rather uncomfortable. It's not noticeable if your only wearing them for 5 or 10 minutes. But it does become a problem. A few swipes from a finger nail file will fix this but it's an oversight in overall design/quality control.
