[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into a new house, the LG fridge was already here and worked well. Suddenly it was not freezing well. I called Tech, they were very helpful, I was able to text pictures and we discovered that the door was not closing since the wheels were missing from the drawer and not closing properly. This was pre-existent from the former user. Ordered wheels, they came the next day, they were easy to install, all healed the fridge. Thank you LG for backing up your product. Looks like our next purchase will be an LG.

I had to return it. It fit perfectly in place and looked awesome. The problem was the door edges were very wide and chunky vs. our previous full size LG. The doors did not pivot on the hinges like our old one. This one protruded out wider than the fridge which hit the door frame to the outside. Needless to say the door would barely open.

Compressor failed. Not happy that it will not be replaced. I bought from big box and it must have been a return that I wasn't aware of. I did not buy 11 years ago. I will not buy anymore LG Products until a new compressor is sent to me. I will also will tell all friends and family to avoid LG Products if one is not sent. I lost all my receipts in a fire. Had to buy new fridge in the meantime and kept old one to fix.

Bad compressor

I loved the fridge but the compressor failed too soon. Mine was made in November of 2016. It’s July of 2023. That’s not good quality, and I’m going to have to buy a new one. I paid retail, so I’m not pleased.

Bought new in 2015. Linear compressor was noisy but HD said normal for this new type. Now, in 2023, it developed a refrigerant leak (somewhere) and research estimated repair from 1000 to 3000 did not offset purchase of a new one, which is what I did. Purchased the latest, 2034, model ...2606s. Other than that I really liked it.
