The doors are of a poor design

Every time you open the left door you have to make sure that the center piece is returned to the folded position. If you don't do this the door will not close. This has caused a great deal of problems with the closing of the door. I called and asked for service and I got someone with a large amount of attitude and the door left the way it was. Because of this problem I cannot recomend this product. Especially if you have children.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Fridge

We really like the fridge. The only problem we have is that the ice bin is small but we knew that from the get go and it takes a while to produce ice. Even with the ice plus feature on.

Love seeing "what's in the fridge"

We used to have a side by side and I just love the refrigerator as I can see what I have on hand. No more bending looking for what is on the bottom shelf or trying to see what is in the back of the crisper. This refrigerator had everything I was looking for, icemaker/dispenser in the door and a second ice maker in the freezer. I always have plenty of ice on hand to fill a cooler when we are on the go. The refrigerator runs wonderfully and doesn't make noise unless dumping ice. Love it. Would definitely recommend this refrigerator.

Spacious, good internal configutration. Love the icemaker in the door.
The only design feature I would change is make it so that the drawers open without opening both doors. Minor issue.

Slim ice maker in the door gives out nice small cubes and great crushed ice. It also adds to fridge space where there would normally be a large ice maker.

Physical appearance is stunning and first impressions are usually, WOW! Very nice. Lighting is excellent from interior to exterior and the dual ice makers are a plus. Quality of the stainless steel is top notch. Technical dimensions were right on from internet product description. Placed in finished basement wall, perfect for entertaining this past Holiday season, especially with dual ice makers. Will purchase another one when remodeling the kitchen.

The quality of this LG refrigerator is excellent

We bought the LG due to the reputation of their appliances. It turned out to be a great choice. The design is well thought out and you can see the quality of the product. It works great, and the dual ice makers are very convenient. This was an excellent buy.
