We bought this refrigerator in March of 2013. I grew up with a bottom freezer and always wanted one. We looked at several brands, but liked LG's reputation and the design of this refrigerator. We like it more each day.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

Great Refrigerator

I have only had my new LG for a short period of time but can say that I really like it. The ice maker not actually being in the side of the refrigerator helps with space tremendously! You have more room for the other things. It is convenient having the slim ice maker in the door so that you can still access ice for your cup without opening up your freezer. So far all is good!

One of the most convenient features is double icemakers, especially in the summertime. The capacity is ideal for just the two of us in our household. Being able to adjust the shelving spacing on both right and left sides is especially convenient also.

THE ONLY NEGATIVE I HAVE FOUND IS THAT YOU HAVE TO OPEN BOTH DOORS TO OPEN DRAWERS DRAWERS.

Had this french door refrigerator about a month now. I love it! Looks Great. Everyone who has seen it, comments on how great it looks. Lots of room. Lots of ICE. Water and Ice dispense quickly. The few times I have run out of ice in the door, I just scooped up ice in the bottom freezer and filled the ice bin and was dispensing ice again.

We purchased a Fridgidair Gallery and from the start were very disappointed with the slow ice production. After 7 months the Gallery water line iced up and stopped working. The LG easily keeps up with our high ice demands, everything is great so far.

Cannot believe how much space this has. my only problem with this fridge is the water dispenser is in a weird spot. otherwise just a great product.
