[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator works great unfortunately the black finish is peeling after less then 2 years!! Have not used any harsh cleaners on it, only a wet cloth to clean it. Wish I had known this could happen before I bought it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Always needs repairs

We bought this 6 years ago and in the first 9 months the control panel went out.
Then 5 years later the compressor went out.
The most difficult issue is parts are not easy to replace. It a long waiting period from the first repair visit until they order parts and then come out to replace.
Going a month without a working refrigerator during a pandemic even more frustrating.
I would definitely not recommend LG

What a difference

We have had our share of bad experiences with past refridgerators. after our last one died at 5 years and we had it repired twice already, we shopped for the one with the features and style we wanted. Every review on this unit was favorable. We have had it now for a few months and it has exceeded our expectations. led lighting is great, lay-out of the interior is simple and everythig is easly accessed. great freezer space and very good icemaker. I would proudly recommend this LG product to anyone. Great Job LG!

This refrigerator is of great quality

We have had this refrigerator 6 weeks. So far we have been very pleased with it. It keeps food very cold (we especially notice it with milk). We thought we would need the 2nd icemaker but the little door icemaker keeps up well for our family of four so we will use the second one more for filling coolers/water bottles etc. If the ice does stick, a few taps easily takes care of it. My only complaints would be we wish the deli drawer was split so you didn't have to open both doors to use it and we wish there was another big door bin. This refrigerator actually seems too small for our family of four. The freezer seems noticably smaller than our old side by side did so I would recommend you have an additional freezer if you buy this product. Overall we are very happy with it.

I love this refrigerator.

The only negative things I could say about it is the egg bin is a bit too narrow to hold a carton of eggs, and the ice dispenser bin gets clogged up with ice sometimes. But everything else we love! The size and shape of the icecubes (little square cubes, not the big clunky crescent ones), the convenience of the adjustable shelves, the space, everything! I have a super-large storage box that holds a whole cutup watermelon. It fits very nicely with plenty of room for the usual things. I would recommend this refrigerator to anyone.

LOVE OUR NEW LG

Our old refrigerator died suddenly 5 weeks ago and we needed to find a replacement fast. After reading a lot of reviews we decided on the LG. We really like it. The ice and water are very convenient and love the fact that the ice maker takes up so little room in the door. Ice cubes are great - love the shape and the closed storage in the door container seems to keep them much fresher tasting - they are not sitting open in the freezer picking up odors. Although there is a second icemaker we have not found it necessary - with just two of us we have plenty of ice with just the unit in the door and enjoy the extra freezer space without the ice bin - but nice to know it is there for when we entertain or have house guests. The inside is really light and bright - very easy to see where everything is and refrigerator is quiet. The one feature I would change in the refrigerator is for the quick serve draw to slide all the way open so you can see in the back. Since it is not deep there is not a lot in in so it is not that bad but if I were designing it I would have it come out all the way. Same for the top draw in the freezer - it should come out all the way for easier access but we love the new refrigerator so much that this is not a deal breaker - just something to get used to. We do find that everything is really cold! Our old refrigerator always froze in the back if we had the temperature set to keep the things in the door cold. This seems to be very balanced and both the refrigerator and freezer keep things really cold but no issues with things in the refrigerator freezing.

After doing what seemed like endless amount of researching I picked this one! It was hands down the best for the price. I do not need all the fancy bells and whistle I just need for it to be functional. The dual ice maker comes in handy when you have guest over. The freezer holds more than I thought it would. But my favorite part is the fridge. Plenty of open space with the ability to adjust the shelfs if necessary. In addition to that, with the water spout being a little further out it means you can fill up any size container. Definitely a great buy!

3-Door French Door Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was love at first sight. I've always had the boring white freezer on top and fridge on the bottom. I love the black stainless steal and have received complements. The freezer is a nice size. The fridge is nice and big for me. My only problem is that you can only fit 2 gallons of milk on the side of the door. The filter really makes a difference all my food stays fresher longer. The filter is expensive but you can go to you local HD and buy 2 for the price of one. Thankfully it only needs to be changed every 6 months. I like the crushed/cubed option as well as the change filter button. I like the bell option to let you know when the doors have been open too long. Changing the temp is easy too.
